How we work together

Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. George Bernard ShawI believe that for coaching and hypnosis to be successful it needs to be holistic, adapted to fit each client individually, taking into account the whole person and their life in context. Effective coaching helps people understand themselves better and identify ways to remove barriers to progress – whether real or imagined – so that they can move forward with confidence.

Some issues can be resolved in a single session, sometimes it takes a little longer. If sessions are ongoing we will monitor and review progress regularly together.

With individual clients the initial meeting is free of charge and is usually for half an hour to discuss the direction you want to go in, plan the future session(s) and ensure that we are both happy to be working together.

All sessions are totally confidential. However for corporate clients any disclosure issues would be clearly set out before coaching commences.

Location and times of appointments are by mutual agreement.

INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS - £50 per 90 minute session.

ORGANISATIONS - £150 per 90 minute session.

  • Initial payments are usually for a minimum of 3 hours (generally 2 sessions).
  • Discounts may be offered for pre-payments and multiple bookings.
